Arrange a virtual meeting and ask your participants to each hold up one of the official hashtag, logo or theme cards – you can ask one person to explain why you’re celebrating International HR day and what you’re proud to have achieved in the last 12 months. Record the ‘meeting’ and share the video through social media, using #InternationalHRDay and #HRshapingthenewfuture.
Create a photo or video collage or montage about what HR shaping the new future means to you – ask participants to provide photo and statements and/or short videos relating to the rationale
Interview a guest via Facebook Live/Instagram/YouTube Live – ask them how they’ve shaping the new future and remember to use #InternationalHRDay and #HRshapingthenewfuture
Pre-record a video and share on Facebook, then invite people to join a ‘Facebook Watch Party’ – group members can all watch and comment on the video at the same time to create a shared viewing experience
Host a Twitter chat or question and answer session – whereby people can discuss how they are shaping the new future and how this applies in their companies/organisations
