The EAPM AI Working Group is a newly established group and reflects EAPM’s commitment to shaping the future of work and keeping HR professionals at the forefront of innovation. The group explores how AI is transforming people management, from recruitment and learning to performance management and employee well-being, while addressing key considerations around ethics, fairness, and inclusivity. Its aim is to support the responsible use of AI in HR, ensuring that technological progress contributes to inclusive, sustainable, and meaningful work.

Working Group Lead
Raffaele Credidio is keen to support the EAPM in its continuous mission of improving the quality of HR practice and to support people development across Europe. His goal for the future of the EAPM is to be closer and closer to its members being capable to offer and deliver simple initiatives, quick services, easy tools that can enforce the overall sense of belonging for any national HR association to be part of our reality.
Raffaele is a previous EAPM board member as well as National Vice-President of AIDP, Italy. With over 20 years of experience working in HR for multi-national companies, Raffaele is a strong advocate for People Management. He believes that the role of HR is fundamental for leading through the changes we are experiencing today, but more importantly, the changes that are in front of us.
