The mandate for the Awards working group is to contribute to the financial stability and sustainability of the EAPM, whilst creating a value-add service for members in the form of national HR awards accreditation and use of the EAPM brand.
Key Objectives:
Phase 1: Research national HR awards
Phase 2: Develop an accreditation process
Phase 3: Explore EAPM’s own awards programme
Phase 4: Identify and partctipate in third-party award processes
The key priority for the Awards WG for 2024 was to undertake a survey of EAPM members to better understand the national HR awards landscape and determine the size of the potential opportunity.
Dana Cavaleru is the Executive Director of HR Club, the Romanian HR Association.
Key priorities
- Determine a process for assessing and accrediating national HR awards, alongside an appropriate fee structure.
• A trial of the process will be undertaken by one of the national associations who is keen to achieve the accreditation.
• A process for re-accreditation will be implemented and tested accordingly.
