The Events Working Group serves as a coordination forum supporting EAPM and its members in delivering key external events, including four flagship webinars annually, and contributing strategic input to internal briefings.
Marie Louise Nielsen – Head of Learning and Events, NOCA
Marie Louise Nielsen has been a driving force at NOCA for seven years, spearheading growth and expanding the organization’s reach to Denmark’s largest companies. As Head of Learning and Events, she leads a team of three and coordinates around 60 high-impact events annually, crafting engaging learning experiences that connect HR professionals and foster collaboration. With a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School, she has a strong academic and professional background in HR.
In February 2025, Marie Louise became the lead of the EAPM Event Working Group, where she focuses on elevating the association’s influence through innovative webinars and strategic partnerships with leading institutions. Known for her results-driven approach, she tries to bring Europe’s most inspiring HR speakers to the EAPM community and creates opportunities for collaboration across national associations.
