Partnerships working group

The EAPM provides an exclusive networking community for HR in Europe that enables easy collaboration and knowledge exchange for our members. Our Partnerships working group, established in 2024, is fundamental in supporting the EAPM Board in achieving its core objectives of;

  • Enhance the HR knowledge in Europe
  • Support the National Association members
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration
  • Establish partnerships with other organisations
  • Undertake pan-European or international activities
  • Raise funds for projects

In 2024, we introduced a new Membership category for Affiliate Members which includes ‘any organisation with a focus on, or association with, the HR and people profession and the wider world of work.‘

In addition to Affiliate Membership, this working group also collaborates with our other working groups to facilitate sponsorships and partnerships. In 2024, the EAPM was a key partner on the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs survey.

Karen Muscat Baldacchino is the CEO of the Malta Foundation for Human Resources Development (FHRD). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and an Executive MBA from the University of Malta. Karen has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and the organisation of events, particularly within the M.I.C.E (Meetings, Incentive, Conferences and Events) business. She has been responsible for the organisation and coordination of several prestigious local and international events throughout her career.
