Surveys and insights working group

The professional practice of HRM is constantly responding to both external and organisational environments. The Surveys & Insights Working Group aims to serve the profession by surveying practices across the continent, and curating evidence that will support good practice for the benefit of the workers, the organisation and society.

The Executive in developing this Working Group wanted to focus on outputs that could be understood, appreciated, and used by members including those who had no research capability. There was also a steer for more immediately applied work. All business-as-usual work continues to function. We have as a group identified areas of focus for the next two years and subject to sufficient interest, these projects can be actioned by S&I Working Group.
