Miglena Ouzounova – Tsekova is the new Chairman of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Association for People Management

Miglena Ouzounova – Tsekova was elected Chairperson of the new Managing Board of the Bulgarian Association for People Management at the first meeting of the Managing Authority held on March 5, 2019. Mrs. Ouzounova has been trusted by the HR community, where she has been a member since its founding, and since 2009 has been a member of the Board and a member of the Certification Committee of the Association.

Miglena is a Senior Human Resources Director and member of the Leadership Team of A1 Bulgaria, and since the beginning of 2019, she is also undergoing the Administration of the company. She has been working in the field of human resources for 20 years, and has been in charge of the overall human resource management activity in the telecommunication company for the last 12 years.

She graduated in English Philology from the University of Sofia with specialization Mass Communication and MBA Program at Erasmus University, Rotterdam, The Netherlands. She has specialized in “Strategic Management of Human Resources” at Cornell University, New School of Industrial and Labor Relations York, USA. She recently completed a Coaching program at Columbia Business School, New York, USA.
