EAPM HR Awards Endorsement Programme
The EAPM HR Awards Endorsement Programme recognises and promotes excellence in HR awards across Europe. Designed for EAPM Member organisations, this initiative allows awards organisers to apply for official EAPM endorsement of their awards processes—ensuring they meet rigorous standards of transparency, fairness, innovation, and impact.
To be eligible for endorsement, Member awards must focus on projects or initiatives (not individuals, companies, or teams). Award processes must also align with EAPM’s values and scope.
At this stage, only awards processes for projects or initatives can be endorsed. Phase 2 – individual award category endorsement – is planned for a separate launch in 2026.
We assess entries for transparency, professionalism, and impact. On the application form you’ll see prompts to explain how you meet these expectations. Applications are assessed across four key criteria:
-
Transparency & Fairness in Selection
Clear, consistent, and unbiased selection processes. -
Focus on HR Excellence & Innovation
Selection processes with modern, strategic HR approaches with evidence of innovation. -
Credibility of the Judging Panel
Experienced, diverse panel with transparent selection and briefing. -
Impact on HR & the Community
Demonstrated influence on HR practices, organisations, or the wider community.
EAPM Member benefit
Successful applicants receive branding support, formal recognition, and enhanced visibility across the EAPM network. Applications are reviewed by a panel of independent HR and Association experts from the EAPM Awards Working Group as well as a member of the EAPM Board.
Before you apply
We recommend submitting your application at least six months before your planned award launch. A review panel is convened on a first-in, first-out basis, although timelines may be prioritised based on award timing
Evaluation Fees
- Initial review: €750
- Annual renewal (Years 2 & 3): €375/year
- Full re-evaluation every 3 years
