EAPM Members alongside The RBL Group and in partnership with the University of Michigan Ross Executive Education have completed the 8th round of the Human Resource Competency Study (HRCS). For over 30 years The HRCS has been gathering data on HR professional competencies. Using the data to create value for all stakeholders as well as delivering and improving on business results and effectiveness.
The 8th round of the study was conducted from mid-September 2020 through to February 2021. It has revealed compelling insights and information on how to navigate HR’s impact, while ensuring results are translated into positive actions.
On 25 November 2021, the EAPM alongside Allan Freed, a Principal Consultant in RBL’s European office, hosted a webinar where we presented the findings of the human resource competency study. The video is available to watch below.
