EAPM is a survey partner on the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs report 2025 which is the World Economic Forum’s flagship research on the future of work and labour markets. Supported by our 35 Member National Associations from across Europe, as well as the EAPM’s Survey & Insights working group. The survey draws on insights from over 1,000 of the world’s largest employers from more than 50 countries and 20 industries.
The report aims to understand key global trends on jobs, skills and how employers manage their workforce until 2030.
