Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping the world of work – but as organisations embrace new technologies, important questions remain about their impact on people, jobs and the responsibilities of HR.

Join us alongside the International Labour Organization (ILO) for a one-hour webinar exploring what the latest evidence tells us about AI at work and what it means for people professionals.

Drawing on ILO research and insights, Janine Berg and Pawel Gmyrek will examine the changing relationship between AI, work and human resource management – from the wider impact of AI on jobs and tasks to the growing use of AI within HR itself.

The discussion will consider what these developments mean for organisational accountability, human oversight and the role of HR in ensuring that AI is introduced and used responsibly.

Following the presentations, our speakers will come together for a live Q&A, giving participants the opportunity to explore the practical implications for organisations and people professionals.
