It was great to participate, as EAPM President (2018-2020), in this Global HR Roundtable and to share and exchange ideas about how the future might look ‘After the Great Lockdown’, with representatives from each continental association as well as Johnny Taylor from SHRM (USA) and Peter Cheese from CIPD (UK). We concluded that a human centred approach is essential in dealing with this unprecedented crisis. Thanks for the support and many contributions of our 650,000 HR professionals around the globe.
