In December 2016 HRPro.be was established as a national association of HR associations. We started with 7 associations and 2 partners associations within the labour market. We are still growing, after 1 year we unite 11 associations and 3 partners.
Our goal is to unify HR associations within Belgium and to become the career network for HR enthusiasts in Belgium.
HRPro.be’s network involves the participation of large as well as mid-sized companies, renowned universities and high schools and HR consultancy companies. Together with our member associations and partners we work on current HR topics and themes. By doing so we assist HR professionals in their careers.
Our mission is to exchange professional knowledge and experience. We combine the theoretical view with best practices from the HR professionals themselves.
HRPro.be is a registered non-profit organization. Together with our member associations we drive the progress of today’s human resource and people management. We look for further growth and collaboration with more HR associations within Belgium.
We forsee in having a strong voice on corporate HR work when we engage with the general public and policymakers.
