People Management Forum (PMF) is a non-profit organization founded in 1993 to support HR experts and to raise awareness of new people management processes in the corporate community. The mission of the Forum is to be a sought-after consultant and a recognized authority in all areas of work with people, bringing new trends within HR community and influencing legislation in this area.
Our members are large organizations as well as small and medium-sized enterprises, consulting firms and individual HR professionals.
We organize conferences and inspiring meetings to discuss new trends not only in HR area. We offer accredited training courses and special training programs to all those interested in working with people at our educational institute, bringing HR news in our magazine and on social networks. We create a platform for information exchange and support our members in their careers. We cooperate with schools and create alliances with partners (local and intermational) of similar focus.
