Estonian HR Association PARE is the largest network of professionals in the field of HR and human resource management in Estonia, established in 1992. Through our members we cover all industries and sectors, i.e. private, public and non-profit organisations. PARE has more than 500 legal and private members, bringing together more than 5,000 people interested in HR and management issues.
