International Human Resources Day and Annual National Conference

The Annual National Conference is in line with the Annual General Meeting and International Human Resources Day Celebration. This conference will be held at Julius Nyerere International Convention Centre, Tanzania from 18th to 20th May 2023. The International Human Resource Day and National Conference is a unique event organized by the Tanzania Human Resource and Administration Professionals Association (THRAPA) in collaboration with the Africa HR Confederation (AHRC) and the Africa Association of Public Administration and Management (AAPAM) to celebrate and recognize the profession.

The conference will bring about the development of professional development and changes in working performance in the field of administration and human resources. The conference will build an identity for HR into something bigger than itself. It is about our role as a professionals in leading change to improve working lives, and not slipping back into traditional ways of thinking and working. The theme implies we are leading a future that will be more inclusive, flexible, and participative; one that will benefit workers and organizations as a whole.
