Created in 1947, ANDRH is a non-profit association providing services for professionals in the human resources department. It represents companies and organizations across all lines of business and of all sizes, public and private, national and international. With over 5,000 members organized into 80 local groups it is the largest community of human resources professionals in France.
For over 70 years, ANDRH has anticipated and accompanied the evolution of human resources jobs and has become, over the years, the reference community in the HR debate. The entirety of studies and work carried out within its national commissions and, in particular, during its Tour de France, generates input each year into reflection on a central theme, which gives rise to the propositions presented during ANDRH’s national conferences.
Engaged alongside companies, organizations, and associations, ANDRH works with social partners, local elected officials and state representatives to present and affirm its vision, always eager to encourage exchange and promote cooperation of the whole ensemble of actors and decision-makers.
ANDRH is a founding member or the EAPM (European Association for People Management) and of the FMRH (Mediterranean Federation of Human Resources).
