Closing remarks
The future of work is changing rapidly, and the role of Human Resources (HR) is undergoing a major transformation. One of the most significant shifts is the emphasis on trust, wellbeing, and inclusivity in the workplace.
HR professionals are increasingly being tasked with cultivating a culture of trust and transparency amongst employees. This means fostering open communication, providing regular feedback, and ensuring that employees feel valued and heard.
Additionally, there is a growing recognition of the importance of employee wellbeing. This includes physical, mental, and emotional health. HR departments are investing in programs and initiatives that support employee wellness, such as flexible work arrangements, mental health resources, and workplace diversity and inclusion.
This is another area where HR is playing a critical role. Companies are looking to build diverse and inclusive teams that not only reflect the communities they serve but also provide a competitive advantage. HR departments are implementing strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce and create an inclusive work environment.
Overall, trust, wellbeing, and inclusivity are becoming increasingly important in the workplace. As HR continues to evolve, these areas will likely become even more central to the role of HR professionals.

Trust is a Pillar for Success: Along with workplaces and talent, trust is one of the pillars to succeed in the future of work (hybrid working and more). Management needs to nurture trust by continuing to communicate transparently and maintaining high levels of integrity and accountability.

Reconsidering wellbeing: why do we get wellbeing wrong? It is essential we focus on well-being at work, considering the significant impact it has on employee engagement, productivity, and performance. Investing in health and wellness programs and developing supportive work environments can help improve overall employee well-being.
Cleo Papadopoulou
Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer
DEI: The main ingredients of the recipe ‘Sense of belonging’ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are terms increasingly used in conversations in organisations, amongst HR professionals, the C-suite, society, even academia. They are also terms associated with human rights, ethics and culture. But they are more than buzzwords. They are important ingredients of a healthy organisational culture.
Evrim Kuran

Sustainability in Three Dimensions: In this session, Evrim Kuran will talk about the importance of sustainability to achieve living and working conditions that support people in engaging and remaining in work throughout an extended working life. She will underline the three dimensions of sustainability – talent, environmental and social sustainability and why they should be aligned altogether.
