The Institute of Leadership is the professional membership body for an active, international community of over 50,000 leaders, managers, coaches and mentors. It creates tools, delivers e–learning and undertakes practical research to help unlock individual leadership potential.
Founded in 1947, IoL is a registered charity governed by a board of trustees. HR professionals comprise 12% of its membership. IoL works closely with Leadership & Development and HR professionals to help boost their leadership programmes and get the most from their employees.
