AIDP is the Italian network of HR managers and professionals. A community of over 18.000 members, 3,500 active members, 17 regional groups, an international network. “Since 1960 we promote the serious development of human resources management culture and the importance of the human dignity in the workplace and we lobby the political world and society at large on behalf of HR management issues. Through events, publications, projects and studies on the most important issues regarding the world of work and the future of HR, we support the success of organizations and the growth of people working there”.
Since 2016 AIDP promote in Italy HR Certification.

AIDP is active component of EAPM and WFPMA (World Federation of Personnel Management Associations) and founder, with the governments of France, Spain, Portugal, Algeria, Marocco and Tunisia, of FMRH (Mediterranean Federation of the HR management).

AIDP publishes two magazines, Direzione del Personale and HrOnLine, and a series of management books. Each year AIDP organizes its National Congress, the most important HR management meeting in Italy focusing on issues of special cultural and social relevance and some 250 events with the support of its regional chapters. The association’s activities are also strongly directed towards young people for which AIDP promotes educational initiatives such as masters, training programs and internship opportunities.
