The objectives of the Serbian HR Community (SHRC) are clear and focused on transforming the HR function from administrative to strategic within organizations. Here’s a brief explanation:
Strategic Transformation: Our primary objective is to elevate the HR function within companies from being primarily administrative to becoming a strategic business partner. This shift aims to align HR activities more closely with organizational goals and overall business strategy.
Professional Development: Through organizing projects and initiatives, our association aims to provide HR professionals with the necessary knowledge and skills to adapt to this strategic role. These projects likely cover a range of topics related to HR processes, best practices, and emerging trends in the field.
Networking Opportunities: Another key objective is to facilitate networking among HR professionals within the Adria region. By connecting professionals with their peers, we foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the exchange of ideas, which are essential for personal and professional growth in the HR field.
In summary, SHRC seeks to empower HR professionals in the Adria region by equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to transition from a traditional administrative role to a strategic business function within their organizations. Our slogan is “Better HR for a better World”.
