HR Swiss, the Swiss Association for Human Resources Management is the umbrella organization of human resources and training managers from business and public authorities. Its ten members are regional associations representing over 6,000 professionals in human resources and training. HR Swiss was founded in 1960 and is a registered non-profit organization.

HR Swiss pursues the goal to promote the professional skills of human resources and training managers. Furthermore, HR Swiss promotes the recognition of personnel and training institutions among companies and the public at large.

HR Swiss provides services and tools to meet the needs of its member associations. It fosters expert-level contact with professionals and educational establishments and collaborates with other organizations and institutions in the field. HR Swiss issues with “Persorama” a multilingual publication, providing information on trends in HRM, its own activities and those of its member associations. Furthermore, it sponsors as well academic studies of national or international interest and is member of the umbrella organization in charge of the continuing education in HRM on a national level.
