Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping how HR functions operate — from recruitment and talent management to decision-making and accountability. Yet across Europe, there is still limited, comparable insight into how HR departments are actually adopting AI, where they are investing, and how prepared they are to use it responsibly.
This survey aims to provide a clear, evidence-based snapshot of AI readiness, usage, and governance in HR functions across Europe.
The research is an initiative of the recent established AI working group of the European Association for People Management (EAPM), in cooperation with MartyHR, with independent analysis and interpretation carried out by FutureHR.
Your responses will contribute to a cross-country HR AI benchmark, helping identify key trends, gaps, and priorities for HR leaders and organizations navigating the next phase of AI adoption.
