An HR-colleague always signs his mails with “Make yourself a Great Day”. For me that is a strong and important message, especially in gloomy and worrying times like the ones many of us are experiencing now.
We know that those who believe they selves can influence results and the future, systematically produce better results than those who focus on "fate" and "others". Internal locus of control beats external, and attitude matters. Let us remind ourselves of that when needed and make it a core message to our colleagues.
